ORANGE BUSINESS SERVICES REGIONAL SALES KICK OFF, JORDAN 2020
Gift Set and Match has supported Orange Business Services with its IMEA regional events since 2017.
Orange Business Services is the business-to-business arm of the international telecoms giant and they hold their Sales Kick Off in a different regional country each year, attracting over 250 delegates from within the Orange group and its external sales partners. The choice of location has to take into account accessibility for international air travel, have hotel space to accommodate the delegate numbers and the plenary and break-out conference space required for the various presentations and meetings during the three-day event.
Gift Set and Match provided all the Event Support services, including: registration and event staff, securing all the hotel room nights and meeting spaces, supplying the awards for the celebratory dinner, supplying all the conference banners and collateral materials, managing the shipping and customs controls for all the materials sent out to the venue, devising and organising the team building activities, designing menus and managing all the Food and Beverage requirements throughout the event, organising delegate trips to see the hidden city of Petra.

In February 2020, the event was held at the Movenpick Dead Sea Resort and Spa in Jordan. Taking place over three days, delegates were invited to attend several activities, including a welcome dinner, showcase presentations in plenary and break-out sessions, a sponsored Roman feast, a gala dinner and awards presentation, team-building activities based around the theme of ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom’ which was filmed in the Dead Sea surrounding area.
